Cow-mouthed Tract (Go-mukhī Bhūmi)
गोमुखी भूमिGo-mukhī Bhūmi
also: cow-mouthed-tract, gomukhi-bhumi, cow-faced-plot
frm-gomukhiDefinition
A trapezoidal plot NARROWER in front than at the rear (like a cow: narrow face, wide roomy hips). Said to be auspicious for DWELLINGS — 'good results of all sorts, just like taking good care of a cow' — because its narrow 'mouth'/threshold keeps inflowing prosperity-prāṇa from slinking out (the home 'moneybag' with a narrowed neck) and is more easily made secure/private; reported INAUSPICIOUS for businesses (a narrow storefront attracts fewer entrants). ⚑ STUB — defining geometry/proportions, ayadi and full effects belong to the ch.5 shapes-mandala theme; enrich there. [MODERN — Svoboda transmitting a TRADITIONAL/claimed-classical Vāstu plot-typology].
Traditional
Prāṇa relevance
Plot-shape as a prāṇa-flow regulator: the narrow mouth keeps 'fickle' prosperity-prāṇa from flowing out — the chapter's worked example of shape→prāṇa-circulation. Not yet traced to bodily prāṇa beyond the prosperity-prāṇa idiom.
