Definition

Blue sapphire, principal remedial gem of Saturn — the most cautionary stone, as Saturn is a great malefic. Worn to strengthen objectivity, detachment, endurance, the bones/nerves; demands a trial run.
Modern

Prāṇa relevance

Saturn's gem strengthens the bones, nerves and longevity (the structural/vata-restraining pole) — but its malefic risk is the doctrine's central caution. Prana link via bone/nerve/longevity; remedial level, high caution.
