- Statement
- The astrologer predicts from the questioner's limb-movements, utterances, the direction faced, the place, the articles brought, and the time of query — for Time, being the all-seeing Soul of all beings, reveals good and bad through bodily movements and speech. Auspicious query-PLACES are even, tree-shaded, flower/fruit-laden, glossy-barked, heart-pleasing, sweet-watered, grass-covered, of auspicious name, abode of the virtuous; inauspicious are cut/thorny/scorched/crooked-treed, ill-named, burial-grounds, crossroads, ashy/husk-strewn, and places of butchers/ gamblers/prisons/armouries. Best query-DIRECTIONS: east, north, north-east (forenoon); unfavourable: NW, W, S, SW (night, twilights, afternoon).
- Authorship Flag
- Chapter authorship doubted by Utpala (§0). Treat as CLASSICAL-within-BS-transmission, with the authorship caveat attached.
- Body As Oracle Note
- CAPTURED PARALLEL (not synthesized): this body-movement divination — the querent's spontaneous limb-movements reveal hidden truth — is structurally akin to BS 53.59 (the owner's spontaneous limb-scratching diagnoses the afflicted House-God limb). Both read the body as an omen-medium. This is a DIFFERENT body-theme from the body-as-cosmos HOMOLOGY (53.51–59 limbs; 54.2 veins). Relationship between body-as-oracle and body-as-homologue logged for the hub (Q49); NOT resolved here.
- Directional Valence Note
- Cardinal/NE favourable vs other-intercardinal unfavourable — echoes 53.83–84 (corner-spirits) and 54.5 (cardinal-auspicious veins). Captured as a recurring valence pattern; NOT reconciled (Q45).
- Place Quality Note
- Auspicious-place criteria (heart-pleasing, sweet water, good trees) echo 53.87 (ground qualities), 53.91–94 (heart-joy criterion), 56.1–8 (temple siting). Recurring 'heart-pleasing place' motif captured; NOT synthesized.
