The disease/health and longevity correlations are prana-relevant: 6th↔11th (disease), 8th↔3rd (longevity), and 6th→5th (the 5th negates disease, so boosting it prevents disease — book p.154). Statement: A house the same number of houses away from house X as X is from the Ascendant shares X's effects (Sanskrit Bhavat Bhavam, "from house to house"). Worked instances Frawley gives: 10th-from-10th = 7th (so the 7th is also a house of power/prestige); 9th-from-9th = 5th (grace/luck/fortune); 8th-from-8th = 3rd (death/longevity — judge both for longevity); 6th-from-6th = 11th (disease/injury/ enmity — a ruler of both 6th & 11th is doubly a significator of violence); 5th-from-5th = 9th (children); 4th-from-4th = 7th (emotional state/home). The 12th-from any house is its NEGATION (e.g. 12th-from-9th = 8th negates fortune → misfortune; 12th-from-7th = 6th negates relationship → enmity; 12th-from-6th = 5th negates disease → health, so strengthening the 5th helps prevent disease).
