- At a time fixed by the astrologer, on land ploughed, sprouted, and blessed by a night's stay of Brahmanas and cows, the owner worships the deities, honours Brahmanas and architects, touches his own head, breast, thighs or feet according as he is Brahmana, Kshatriya, Vaishya or Shudra, and draws the first line.
