- Enter the house strewn with flowers, decorated with arches, furnished with auspicious filled water-pots, the site deities worshipped with incense, perfume and food, to the sound of Brahmanas reciting the Veda.
- Commentary Note
- Utpala: only the CENTRAL deities of the diagram are worshipped at entry, not the outer ones such as Shikhin or Aryaman [CLASSICAL — txt-utpala-vivrti]; Hiranyagarbha names further deities external to the 45 — list garbled, Q26. Utpala closes the chapter with his boat-verse: his commentary as the vessel for crossing this science.
