Definition

The first concentric belt (vīthi/pada) of cells immediately surrounding the Brahma Sthāna (Brahma Vīthi) in a Vāstu Maṇḍala — 'divine space, shining with the light of the Brahma Sthāna, the inner sanctum'. It intervenes between residents and the Pure Centre's light, making that radiant force assimilable; it is 'familial space' whose noble energy inspires the household to work together. Only 'family' (consanguine or otherwise) should spend much time here. [MODERN — Svoboda, on a TRADITIONAL vīthi scheme].
Traditional

Prāṇa relevance

Carries the Brahma Sthāna's prāṇa/light outward to residents in a graded, assimilable form — the second ring of the centre-out prāṇa cascade (bindu → Brahma Vīthi → Deva Vīthi → Manuṣya → Paiśāca).
