Fire personified; the regent (dikpāla) of the SOUTHEAST (āgneya, the possessive of Agni) in the standard dikpāla compass (BS 54.3) and in Svoboda's roster. ⚑ Mints the canonical-but-previously-unminted dev-agni that the schema's cnx-0001 and Book-1 edges already reference. Kept distinct from dev-shikhin (NE pada-deity, fire-named) and dev-anila (SE pada-deity) per §8; the dev-shikhin↔dev-agni merge is Book-1 Q2.

Prāṇa relevance
Fire/Agni is the SE element-regent; Svoboda ties SE = Fire = pitta = rajas (the cooking direction). Not itself a subtle-prāṇa claim at the deity level; the prāṇa weight sits on ele-tejas/agni (the digestive/cellular fire). Not yet traced past the directional level.
