Definition

The household sanctuary for worship/meditation — Svoboda's 'inner sanctum'. PLACED in the NORTHEAST corner of the home; if a whole room isn't possible, the NE QUADRANT of another room serves. Distinct in NAME from the BS devagṛha (zon-worship-room) but the SAME NE placement — see the merge question.

Prāṇa relevance

The sattva pole of the home (gun-sattva guṇa-of-dwelling: 'meditation space = the most sattvic'); prāṇa is monitored here to gauge alignment with the day's planetary pattern. On-thesis via NE=sattva and the prāṇa-as-gauge practice.
